After 20 years in the motor trade and vehicle refinishing business we decided that there must be a different way for our customers that can reduce the turn-around time and hassle of losing their car for over three days just for alloy wheel repair.

No matter what car you drive, having your alloy wheels refurbished will transform the look of your car. We will go above and beyond to ensure that the whole process of you losing the use of your car is kept to a minimum - we do not stack work and it does not join a repair queue. If we have your alloys they will be in the repair process.

The Repair Process

  • Full chemical strip, back to bare metal
  • Sand blast or aqua blast to prepare and clean the alloy
  • Repair any remaining damage
  • De-gas in our specially designed alloy oven
  • 3 stage painting process:
    • 1. Powder coat primer applied
    • 2. Wet paint or powder coat colour applied
    • 3. Apply clear powder coat lacquer
    • (Diamond cut process between stages 2 and 3 if applicable)
  • Cool down and full quality inspection completed
  • Tyres re-fitted, valves replaced and wheels balanced using colour coded stick on weights on the inner rim
  • Final quality check, wheels refitted to vehicle and correct torque settings applied

We can offer advice on full colour changes for your wheels if you are unsure of the colour or the process involved. Alternately if you have a colour in mind, let us know and we can most likely get a colour match - just ask.
